Since 2014, I’ve been teaching yoga all over the Greater Toronto Area. Through my journey, I’ve learned one thing: yoga can be done anywhere, anytime and especially wherever you are in your life.
Yoga is movement.
In 2017, I found out I was pregnant and since then I've taught mom-to-be and mom & baby classes . I speak for myself when I say prenatal yoga really worked for me. I felt like myself. I felt powerful in my ever-changing body and it felt really great meeting other moms.
I take pride in teaching movement classes. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi my classes are created for any woman, any shape, any time during your pregnancy journey.
