This 3 class pack is designed to sooth and stretch your shoulders while getting a fantastic yoga practice. Take 30 minutes each day to learn the basics of yoga while focusing on your upper body, arms and shoulders. These are beginner to advanced level classes. In order to benefit from each class, please have a block (or prop similar to a block), strap, or pillow. Alternative props are shown throughout the classes. Enjoy my friends!
